T01Operator and application
These terms govern the Zeymivo website and applications, operated by Azizkhon Uygunkhujaev, an individual based in Uzbekistan. Contact: support@zeymivo.com. The service is intended for people aged 18 or over who can enter an agreement. By using Zeymivo you agree to these terms; stop using the service if you disagree. The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional processing.
T02Service and limitations
Zeymivo helps create and edit AI itineraries, save trips and share them. The current version does not accept travel payments, make bookings or sell flights, hotels or packages. Demo offers and estimates are not bookable reservations. Purchases through external links take place with that provider under its terms.
AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. Verify prices, availability, visa and entry rules, opening hours, safety, accessibility and allergy requirements with appropriate official sources and providers. An itinerary does not guarantee suitability, availability, medical suitability or allergen safety.
T03Accounts and acceptable use
Protect your sign-in details and provide only information you are entitled to use. Guest trips depend on the session; losing it may prevent recovery of an unsaved plan. You are responsible for invitations, assigned roles and publication choices.
Do not break laws or infringe rights, disclose other people's private information, publish illegal content, bypass protection or limits, disrupt the service or use accounts without permission. Do not submit secrets, identity documents or other people's sensitive details to AI requests. Report security concerns to support@zeymivo.com.
T04Content, publishing and external links
You retain existing rights in your original material and authorize its processing for requested features. AI output may be non-unique and may not qualify for exclusive rights. Publishing permits display of the selected public version and copying for other users' planning. Review the preview: independent copies and external caches may remain after unpublishing. Do not publish material you lack permission to share.
Software, branding and separately licensed materials remain subject to their owners' rights. External websites are responsible for their services, prices, booking, cancellation and refunds. Some partner links may generate compensation for Zeymivo; commission-bearing recommendations must be identified next to the relevant link. An estimate from Zeymivo does not bind a partner.
T05Changes, restrictions and ending use
We may change features, apply reasonable limits and restrict access for abuse, rights violations, security threats or technical necessity. Contact support@zeymivo.com about restrictions or complaints. We provide an explanation and a way to challenge decisions where required by law. Availability and error-free operation of every feature are not guaranteed.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. These terms do not authorize charges or automatic subscription renewal. If paid features are introduced, prices and additional terms will be shown before payment. Changes to these terms are communicated as required; the current date appears on this page.
T06Responsibility, rights and complaints
You independently verify plans and decide on travel and external purchases. To the extent permitted by law the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. A free service does not establish zero liability.
You may first contact support@zeymivo.com to resolve questions or disputes. This does not limit access to courts, competent authorities or other mandatory remedies. Applicable law and jurisdiction rules remain subject to mandatory protections available to you. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
